Lemon Water 3 Ways

OG Lemon Water (Glowing Skin)

Ingredients:

  • 13oz filtered water
  • Lemon
  • Raw Honey
  • Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

Steps:

  • Start by adding 1 ½ tbsp. Raw Honey to a cup of choice, preferably in a cup that holds more than 12oz. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the cup and add 1/8th Ceylon Cinnamon.
  • Next pour in 13oz of lukewarm water and mix well. Sip and enjoy this amazing healthy drink for glowing skin and more!

 

Fire Lemon Water (Detoxfying)

Ingredients:

  • 13oz filtered water
  • Lemon
  • Raw Honey
  • Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Cayenne Powder

Steps:

  • Start by adding 1 ½ tbsp. Raw Honey to a cup of choice, preferably in a cup that holds more than 12oz. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the cup and add 1/8th Ceylon Cinnamon, 1/8th tsp. Cayenne Powder, and 1/8th Turmeric Powder.
  • Next pour in 13oz of lukewarm water and mix well. Sip and enjoy this amazing healthy drink for detoxifying and de-bloating. 

 

Ooo Lemon Water (Soothing Boost)

Ingredients:

  • 13oz filtered water
  • Lemon
  • Raw Honey
  • Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Fresh Ginger

Steps:

  • Start by adding 1 ½ tbsp. Raw Honey to a cup of choice, preferably in a cup that holds more than 12oz. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the cup, add 1/8th Ceylon Cinnamon, and 1/8th tsp. fresh graded ginger (finely grade the ginger).
