Shipping & Returns


All of Amulex's pieces are handmade to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice.
We truly appreciate your support. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.


If you change your mind about your amulet Amulex® will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost Amulex has already paid, or refund less shipping costs, within the first 15 days of receiving your piece. To organize a return, please email our customer care at to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please allow 3 days of your turn to be processed once received. Amulex will not accept any pieces when:

  • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
  • If the piece if custom made
  • If the item is returned outside the timeframe stated above
  • Strictly no refunds on Shop Pay, however we are able to offer you a gift card.
  • Strictly no cancelation of orders that are pre-order
  • No refunds on final sale products


Amulex® offers an 8 month manufacturing warranty on all items which covers faulty clasps & faulty crimp beads. In the rare case that breakage occurs due to a manifucaturing fault within 8 months of purchase Amulex® will happily repair the amulet and return it free of charge. The customer will also receive a 3 month extended warranty on the repaired item. 



All shipping rates are calculated through USPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
